Authority to Leave
Jillaroo Shipping Terms and Conditions means that you accept that all Jillaroo Items shipped are classified as approved for unattended delivery and that you provide us with authority for us to arrange for the carrier to leave your order at your delivery location as provided to us at checkout, even if NO ONE is home to sign for your order. Please note that neither Jillaroo nor the carrier will be liable for loss or theft of the goods and the goods will be left at your risk. In addition, the carrier retains the discretion not to leave the goods unattended, including where the carrier deems it to be unsafe to do so. Please note that should the order be unable to be delivered to or left at the delivery address, a redelivery fee may apply (particularly in respect of bulky orders), Jillaroo is not responsible for this redelivery fee and will on charge to you any additional charges incurred.

Please note that it is not unusual for your items/cartons to be delivered separatey or on different days. This can be due to a number of reasons however the main being that the sizing of the cartons vary significantly in size and weight. This then results in each couriers distribution centres when processing delivery may or can separate the larger cartons from the smaller cartons so that delivery of the items is allocated to the correct vehicles allocated for delivery.
Non acceptance of delivery may see you liable for the re-delivery fees associated with your delivery, which may be both to and from the sender.
There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total. All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars. Non-Australian currency figures are all approximations based on an exchange rate.
Flat Rate Shipping
Prices are subject to change with an increase if shipped outside of a Metropolitan area or in remote regional areas. Jillaroo will contact you prior shipping your order to advise what the additional charges may be.
Other Key Information
Please note that our carrier companies delivery policies also apply and that some orders cannot be shipped to selected areas.
